Progress Report 2/25/20

First post of 2020!

I’ve mentioned it in past reports and I’ll mention it again here for anyone who is new. I have a tendency of only posting when I have something to say and well the end of 2019 was rough for my day to day life, which made any news on writing not worth typing. Finally though things are back in shape and I’ve been working hard to get back on schedule since the start of 2020.

I’m happy to say that arc two of Perpetual War has been returned to me by the editor. Over the next couple of weeks I’ll be making changes then it shall be given back to the editor for another round. If everything runs smoothly I can say that chapter one will release near the end of March or beginning of April. I don’t want to say an exact date quite yet… but, that’ll be announced in the coming few weeks.

As it currently stands the same artist will be working on arc two as well and I hope to save up some money to have another colored drawing or two. As a matter of fact after I finish writing this report I’ll be writing up the first commission so that it is ready in time for chapter one’s release.

Beyond just Perpetual War, I want to get back to work on my other projects as I’ve mentioned in the past. The biggest roadblock was my day job becoming too stressful, but now that it is calming down I think those side projects may start to get worked on again. The main one of course is Gray Sphere’s third book.

I’ll have more news on all of this in the coming weeks, which I’ll be returning to the bi-weekly progress reports on Wednesday to keep you all up to date on my work. I’ll try my best not to go dormant again, it’s definitely something I need to work on even when life becomes difficult.
